Refund & Exchange Policy

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours only of receiving the order inside Kuwait.

• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Requests are accepted only in the following cases:

• Incorrect item received

• Color differs from the selected option

• Item arrived damaged or scratched

• No returns or exchanges are accepted for orders shipped outside Kuwait.

• Orders cannot be canceled after payment, except in case of an error from our side. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is from the store.

For return or exchange requests, please contact us within the specified timeframe with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
